OPERATION
– Ensure that employees fully perform all operating activities at Showroom/Boutique according to instructions and regulations
– Together with the Store Manager, develop and ensure that customer care is maintained regularly
– Together with the Store Manager, directly solve the customer’s complaints
– Ensure employees comply with regulations on keeping and using all types of store assets within the Showroom/Boutique
– Responsible for allocating personnel according to the right shift to ensure efficiency in using resources
– Coordinate personnel at the store to perform periodic tasks such as inventory, revenue reconciliation, customer data update… related to the assigned Showroom/Boutique
– Participate in solving daily problems at the Showroom/Boutique under the guidance and direction of the Store Manager when needed
ADMINISTRATION
– Examine documents and protocols according to the standard process, including the payment process…
– Manage and archives documents
OTHER TASKS
– Other tasks according to your capability and the sales department’s needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Age: ideally 29-35
– Minimum 2 years experience in the sales of luxury stores
– Language: Advanced English speaking skills
– Strong leadership and customer management abilities
– Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Microsoft Office skills
– Good attitude: Honest, confident, hard-working, attentive and result-driven
– High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
