Sofia Carson made her television debut with a guest role in Austin & Ally (2014) and quickly won hearts as Evie in Disney’s musical series Descendants. She continued to affirm her acting talent through films such as Adventures in Babysitting, Purple Hearts (2022), and Carry-On (2024). Her song “Come Back Home” from Purple Hearts earned her the award for Best Musical Moment at the 2023 MTV Movie & TV Awards.
In 2019, she became the first Global Ambassador of the Latin Grammy Cultural Foundation and was also appointed as a UNICEF Ambassador in 2020. In 2023, Sofia was honored by the United Nations as the Global Advocate of the Year for her outstanding contributions to the community.
