Please note that the delivery times in the table below are estimates and do not apply to CONG TRI made-to-order or made-to-measure items. An estimated shipping time for your order will be available to view on the checkout page before you confirm payment. Estimated delivery times are subject to the acceptance of your order and will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed unless otherwise specified. Different terms and conditions may apply to different shipping destinations.
If you have made-to-order or made-to-measure items, delivery times could take longer than stated in the table. Please refer to checkout for estimated delivery times.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9 am – 8 pm. CONG TRI cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond CONG TRI’s control.
TRACKING MY ORDER
When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. If you have a registered account with CONG TRI, you may check the status of your order online. Visit My Account, sign in to your account and click the ‘Order’ tab. Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.
NOTICE
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time to deliver your order, and we can only ship to one address per order.
A signature is required upon receipt of your package. FedEx only accepts the personal signature of the recipient. Due to COVID-19, FedEx and other shipping services have implemented contactless delivery. Upon arrival, the driver will confirm the recipient’s first initial and last name and enter “C-19” in place of the signature. The shipping provider is responsible for the customer-owned property while the property is in transit, up until delivery confirmation is provided, at which point, the transfer of property is complete, and the buyer assumes the responsibility for the property.

PAYMENTS
AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS
CONG TRI accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

– Bank transfer
The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped. Your card will be charged in VND. When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. Please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance if your payment is declined.
Please note, that we do not accept CONG TRI gift cards on congtri.com.
SALES TAX
Orders placed on congtri.com are subject to applicable state, local and county sales tax. Your order confirmation will reflect an estimated sales tax and order total based on the shipping zip code entered when your order was placed. The actual sales tax will be applied at the time of shipment and may vary from the estimated tax. You will not be charged for your order until it has shipped.
NOTICES
Please check that you have correctly entered the data for your selected payment method. If you are paying with a credit card and you are asked to insert a one-time password, an SMS code, or an alternative authentication method to authorize the payment, please ensure that you have followed all of the instructions provided by your credit card issuer.

As soon as you complete your order, authorization for the necessary payment will be requested automatically to verify the validity of the credit card and availability of funds; however, the card is not charged at this time. The actual payment occurs when the order is dispatched, at which point you will receive a notification email.
If the shipment of different items from the same order is sent at different times, your credit card will be charged separately for each item shipped. In this case, the shipping fee will only be charged once.
PAYMENT SECURITY
All transactions are secured. CONG TRI website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. CONG TRI does not keep any credit card information.

CONG TRI offers its customers a range of repair services for any products purchased in boutiques and on congtri.com. If you wish to have CONG TRI product repaired, please visit a CONG TRI boutique. The sales staff at our boutiques will be delighted to guide you and answer any questions. If you do not have a CONG TRI boutique near you or you cannot travel, do not hesitate to contact the Client Service team. To guarantee their quality, CONG TRI products are repaired exclusively in our workshops by our artisans.
