WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

CONG TRI offers the following delivery options for online purchases:

Please note that the delivery times listed in the table below are estimates and do not apply to CONG TRI made-to-order or made-to-measure items. The estimated shipping time for your order will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is placed, unless otherwise specified, and are subject to order acceptance. Shipping terms and conditions may vary depending on the destination.

For made-to-order or made-to-measure items, delivery times may be longer than stated in the table. Please refer to the checkout page for the most accurate estimate.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday. CONG TRI is not responsible for any unforeseen delivery delays beyond our control.

TRACKING MY ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, confirming that your order has been accepted. If you have a registered account with CONG TRI, you can track your order status online. Simply sign in to My Account, navigate to the Orders tab, and check your order details. Please note that order status updates may take up to one hour after your order has been placed.

NOTICE

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates and times, and each order can only be shipped to a single address.

A signature is required upon receipt of your package. While in transit, the shipping provider is responsible for the order. Once delivery is confirmed, ownership is transferred to the buyer, who then assumes full responsibility for the package.

AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS

CONG TRI accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

– Bank transfer

The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped. Your card will be charged in VND. When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. Please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance if your payment is declined.

NOTICES

Please ensure that you have entered the correct details for your selected payment method. If you are paying by credit card and are prompted to enter a one-time password, SMS code, or use an alternative authentication method, please follow all instructions provided by your card issuer to complete the transaction.

Upon completing your order, an authorization request will be automatically made to verify the validity of your credit card and the availability of funds. However, your card will not be charged at this stage. The actual payment will be processed when your order is dispatched, at which point you will receive a confirmation email.

PAYMENT SECURITY

All transactions are securely processed. The CONG TRI website is equipped with SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. CONG TRI does not store any credit card details.
