OPERATION
– Conduct photo shoots with creative angles and follow the creative director’s ideas
– Conduct photo shoots of in-house collections, outsource collections, models, events and other PR communication activities of the brand
– Perform image editing according to the House’s standards
– Work with outsourcing partners on shooting and recording to ensure the brand’s image quality standards when necessary
– Consult on new techniques used in photography and video recording
– Perform other tasks according to the individual capacity
ADMINISTRATION
– Follow the standard of the working process including payment procedures
– Store and back up the data of images and videos that are relevant and specific to each campaign and event
– Manage and take care of assets and equipment
OTHER TASKS
– Other tasks according to your capability and the marketing department’s needs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Age: ideally 24-30
– Minimum 2 years experience, preferably working experience in the fashion industry.
– Language: Advanced English speaking skills
– Required skills: time management, communications, independence, teamwork and creativity in photography composition and details
– Advanced photography skills
– Good attitude: Honest, confident, hard-working, attentive and result-driven
– High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred
